Application scope:
The unit is mainly used for Plastic products plant to produce transparency, color PVC rigid film, PVC film and other calendered products.

Structure and characteristics:

1. Specifications of the calender’s five rolls are all the drilling structure ofΦ300x900mm.

2.4# and 5# roll is Steel Electroplating mirror roll.

3. Pitch adjustment of Roll is all electric adjustable.

4. The main motor is driven by a 22KW Frequency Motor, and its main electrical components are imported from Japan.

5. Gear box is middle-hardened combination gearbox. Its rotating accuracy is eight.

6. The unit is equipped with two automatic temperature-control heat petrol stations.

7. There is Φ120x900x3mm or Φ120x900x5mm auxiliary stripping roller and all of them are cascaded in calendar waiting for universal joints transmission. 1#, 3#, 5# are lifted one by one.

8.Φ240x900x10mm Cooling rollers is installed in orbit in rank of level, and they can move foreword and backward flexibly.

9. Coiling machine from the center operates through two 0.6 kilograms torque motors drive two steam rising axis separately.

10. Production capacity: products width≤750mm, thickness 0.08-0.5mm,monthly output 120-150T.
